Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
