Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with complimentary RBT training and travel reimbursement.

Positions are part-time with potential progression to full-time as caseloads expand, emphasizing a supportive, growth-oriented environment and competitive pay with annual raises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BCaBA or related degree a plus.
• Ability to travel locally as needed; reliable transportation.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
