Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Winter Haven, FL is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, implementing ABA plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
