Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Florida is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and contribute to individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with transitions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
