Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in Florida. Part-time roles with potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and have access to complimentary RBT training. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear growth path from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
