Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to join our team serving children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients under supervision and have access to training that can progress you toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Assistant (BA) or RBT pathway with local licensure or credentialing pursued.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience in ABA or related settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
