Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in California is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA, receive complimentary RBT training, and have access to a path from BA to RBT with flexible scheduling and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
