Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in North Carolina is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will support children with autism 1:1 under a BCBA, receive complimentary RBT training, and have opportunities for advancement through a clear career pathway. PBS offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required and reliable transportation.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
