Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites applicants for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Tennessee.

Part-time positions with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT and career advancement opportunities. Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision; implement individualized plans; collect data; communicate with families and clinical teams; participate in supervision and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• ABA therapy, childcare or education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
