Job summary

PBS in Tennessee is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and RBTs in a part‑time role with growth potential into full‑time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, and gain complimentary RBT training.

Travel locally if required and earn quarterly bonuses with flexible scheduling. Requirements include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs; ABA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
