Job summary

PBS is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Tennessee. Part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT. Roles support children with autism in homes, schools and communities, with a friendly, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related fields a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
