Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools and communities.

Positions are part‑time with growth to full‑time as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT, supervision, and a clear advancement path. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits for those meeting hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
