Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles include 1:1 client work, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors, with opportunities for advancement and training toward RBT certification.

Positions offer flexible scheduling and potential for growth as caseloads expand. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma and be willing to travel locally if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
