Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow from a Behavior Assistant to an RBT, with complimentary 40 Hour RBT training and travel reimbursement as needed.

Positions are part-time with potential to expand to full-time as caseloads grow, and all roles comply with local licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Active engagement with clients during sessions and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
