Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles in Atlanta, Georgia, with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
