Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions in Georgia with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS provides complimentary RBT training and a clear advancement path, including travel locally if needed, and a supportive environment focused on helping children with autism. Roles involve 1:1 work with kids using ABA under BCBA supervision, with benefits and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
