Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Tolleson, AZ. Roles are part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, focusing on delivering ABA-based support to children with autism.

We offer a complimentary RBT training, a supportive growth environment, and a path from Behavior Assistant to RBT, along with flexible scheduling and a quarterly bonus program. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Enrolment in complimentary PBS training to become an RBT offered.
• All roles comply with local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
