Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Yuma, AZ, with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.

PBS provides complimentary RBT training and opportunities to advance to an RBT position. The role includes flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related fields a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
