Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Positions offer part-time hours with potential to become full-time as caseloads grow, plus benefits and training including RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
