Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Tucson, AZ.

Part-time positions available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and travel reimbursement where applicable. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a clear career growth pathway from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related fields considered a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
