Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Roles are part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and complimentary RBT training is offered. As a BA or RBT, you will work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally if required and actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
