Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and pursue complimentary RBT training.

You may enroll in our training to become an RBT, plus advance along a growth pathway toward licensure or BCBA oversight, with benefits including quarterly bonuses and paid travel where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
