Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Alabama is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. Roles include 1:1 ABA sessions under supervision of a BCBA and growth through our RBT pathway.

We offer flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, paid holidays, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursement, and health insurance for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with lifting up to 50lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
