Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Greensboro, AL is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and RBTs for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will receive complimentary training to become an RBT and work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision for ongoing progress tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
