Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools and communities.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours a week, and paid RBT training.

Travel reimbursement where needed, medical/dental/vision insurance for 30+ hours, and a clear career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (BA/BCBA a plus)
• Able to travel locally; reliable transportation
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under supervision
• Implement treatment plans
• Collect data to track progress
• Communicate with families and clinical teams
• Attend supervision and training
