Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA candidates welcome.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related field is a plus.
• Eligible for local/state licensure/certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
