Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism through ABA in homes, schools, and community settings.

This part-time role offers mentoring, training to become an RBT, and a clear growth path toward full-time caseloads. You will work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, help implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
