Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part‑time roles with the potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. PBS offers 40‑hour RBT training, flexible scheduling, and a path to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
