Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Georgia is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Training to become an RBT is offered, with opportunities across homes, schools, and communities. We value a flexible, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment and encourage candidates with experience in ABA, childcare, or related fields to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, move from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients on the floor and assist with activities during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
