Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Georgia for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles involve 1:1 ABA with children, supervision by a BCBA, and a pathway to RBT certification. We offer complimentary 40-hour RBT training, a supportive environment, and a clear growth path toward becoming a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
