Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team in Georgia. Positions are part-time with growth opportunities into full-time as caseloads expand, offering hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children using ABA under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaborative communication with families and clinical teams. A supportive, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA, childcare, education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
