Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Georgia. Roles are part-time with growth potential as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure progress and success. Training and advancement opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; additional degree in psychology or education is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy is helpful.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
