Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school or community settings.

Roles offer flexible scheduling and the chance to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand. As a Behavior Assistant or RBT, you will work one-on-one under a BCBA, participate in training, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
