Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Georgia is seeking motivated Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, and help collect data to track progress. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, paid RBT training, travel reimbursement, and a clear career path from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients and maintain safety during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
