Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in Georgia.

Roles are part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with BCBA supervision and training provided. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
