Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Georgia. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism, under BCBA supervision, with training to become an RBT and opportunities to advance as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Entry to mid-level candidate with interest in BCBA pathway.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
