Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. These are entry-level and part-time roles with a clear path to full-time as caseloads grow.

PBS provides complimentary RBT training, mentoring, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. All positions are subject to local licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Compliance with licensure and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
