Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and RBT candidates to support children with autism through ABA-based interventions. Roles are part-time with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, and PBS offers a complimentary RBT training pathway.

Positions provide mentoring, a flexible schedule, annual raises, and a quarterly bonus for those averaging 25 hours per week, plus travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
