Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team serving children with autism. Part-time roles offer mentoring, paid training to become an RBT, and pathways to advance as caseloads grow.

Work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Local travel may be required; reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. A Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
