Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling, potential for full-time growth, and complimentary RBT training.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA-based sessions, collecting data, and communicating with families under BCBA supervision. Opportunities for advancement to RBT, coaching, and travel reimbursement are available, with a focus on a supportive, growth-oriented work

Qualifications

• Local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements apply.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
