Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentoring and advancement opportunities in a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment.

PBS provides training to become an RBT, a quarterly bonus for 25+ hours weekly, holiday pay, travel and mileage reimbursement, and 40-hour RBT training. Healthcare benefits apply to those working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; related fields a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
