Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks motivated individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant roles and experienced RBTs. Part-time positions offer growth opportunities as caseloads expand, with training to become RBTs available.

Roles require compliance with licensure and credentialing where applicable; PBS provides training, a supportive team, and advancement pathways within a compassionate ABA environment serving children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
