Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistant and RBT candidates to support children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision. Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and family communication.

Offers flexible scheduling, paid 40-hour RBT training, travel/mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to advance to an RBT with annual raises and benefits such as medical/dental/vision. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
