Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

Roles offer flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, and a structured growth path from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with complimentary RBT training and travel reimbursements where applicable. We provide competitive pay, holiday pay, and a retirement plan; local licensure/certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma
