Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Part-time roles offer a path to full-time as caseloads grow. You can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT, with opportunities to become a BCBA in the future.

PBS provides mentoring, a supportive environment, and growth pathways. Roles include working with children with autism, data tracking, and collaboration with families and clinical teams to sustain client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
