Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As a BA or RBT, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, receive complimentary RBT training, and have access to a clear career growth pathway. PBS offers flexible scheduling, benefits for 30+ hours, and local travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field
