Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team in California. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision and support individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
