Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers mentoring, complimentary RBT training, and a supportive, growth-focused environment. Role involves 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA under a BCBA, implementing plans, data collection, and coordinating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients and families during sessions with safety as priority.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
