Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team serving children with autism.

Flexible part-time schedules with growth opportunities into full-time as caseloads expand, plus training to become an RBT. Work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, participate in data collection, communicate with families, and attend ongoing trainings; benefits include paid sick time, retirement plan, and 40-hour RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to work under supervision of a BCBA with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
