Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Training to become an RBT is provided, and roles offer flexible scheduling and a clear growth pathway.

We welcome applicants with a HS diploma and a willingness to travel locally. Prior ABA or related experience is a plus, and we support advancement toward BCBA goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; related bachelor’s is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field (a plus)
